I've got a couple of friends who work for a company that was looking for companies that could organise bonus schemes as they didn't have the time or experience to do it themselves. As they know I can find my way around the web, they asked me to have a look and I told them I would see what I could do!
After doing a search on things like "bonus plans" and "bonus schemes", I actually found a few companies that looked quite professional. I actually spoke to some other friends of mine that might have had a bit of experience and, after speaking to the friends who originally wanted me to do this and they said they wanted someone relatively local (Kent, UK). After doing a bit more searching I found that a company called Total Reward Solutions are pretty good at bonus schemes and have quite a few big clients on their books like Facebook.
This was quite a dry subject to research but managed to find some pretty good companies! Does anyone else know of any other good companies that provide these types of services for future reference?
